The Battletank

Still a wip, currently looks like a Cyberdemon:

  1. Found in ‘SuperPower’ menu, $11000
  2. Insanely Tough
  3. Insanely Slow
  4. Speed builds up if you don’t get damaged, so you travek faster in quiet areas (eh between bases), but if damaged you revert back to super slow
  5. Comes with rocket Launcher (unlimited ammo)
  6. Can’t strafe
  7. Doesn’t die when red caps.

These are just initial settings to try, to see what happens, as always the gameplay will be analysed, and everything will be adjusted to perfection! I tried to make it’s ‘hittable area’ bigger, but currently it’sĀ  still at the player position, and size. ie shoot at the lower body/legs because damage won’t register in torso and head. Yes yes I know this is not optimal, but hey .. it’s a Quake thing, so I’m lookin for a workaround/hack. Feedback welcome, so tell me your thoughts, here.

I’ve put this on hold because it is REALLY different, and unless people know wtf is going on will be unfair. Maybe have a specialĀ  (mid week?) Session just for this. Like I said last time “I also have no idea of the merit of the idea, because some ppl have told me they often don’t change class for an entire game.. hmm. Otoh, others tell me they would LOVE to penalise people who anti-class them”. On hold for now, (unless its a special request for a Saturday Experimental Session)
