The ‘invalid chunk’ disconnection issue has been resolved (more below), a heal from a medic will protect you from vomit pools, and (after one nonamer’s stupid behaviour last week), non registered players’ conc grenades will not work. So prepare for the latest episode of that saga, that eternal struggle, at that Dungeon of Degradation we call the:

Why: Because presumably there were 11 previous versions, so it should be good.. unless the map maker just couldn’t make up his mind.

MAP SCHEDULE
1. swamp3 (50 minutes*)
I guess this is a Classic too now.

2. TF2k(60 minutes*)
I might attack for once, though inevitably, this is a ‘Gurus on Blue’ map

3. well6(60 minutes*)
IMHO well6 hasn’t really shined, gameplay wise. I’m sure the solution is to make it possible to SHUT the water grate via a det, so its like the rock2 mine rocks, where the dets open AND CLOSE the path. Currently, once the water path is blown, the entire base can be bypassed.. I’ll try to D at the water hole, to plug up the leak, if anyone knows how to make the water path closable by another det, please let us know

4. ditch2 (60 minutes*)
I hardly ever enter the FR in ditch2, foyer D all the way, though watch out for grapplers entering via the grid

AGR VENTRILLO SERVER
We use a voice chat ventrillo for voice chat during AGR games. Download it, install it, and connect to 78.129.193.9, port 4298, AGR (Red+Blue) channels. Password is sent to those on the AGR Mailing List, but if you ask nicely during the game, someone might help you out.

‘INVALID CHUNK’ error = FIXED!
The error still comes up, but you DON’T get disconected!! YAE!!! BIG THANKS to Ratbert for his help.

NOT REGISTERED = CONC FIZZLE!
Concussion grenades seem to be a favourite tool for nonamers seeking to grieve players (as we saw last week), therefore from this week, only registered players will have fully working concs. Non registered players can still buy concs and throw them, but they will not explode. This brings us to:

REGISTERED NAMES
Please connect to the server BEFORE the game to test your name/registration status. Contact me if there are any issues. Also, a reminder, there are strict guidelines regarding player names at AGR Sessions, please make sure you follow items 8 and 9 of the server rules.
