Attackers Go Red

If I type 'custom' then 'kill', I have to first wait 12 seconds, then the time needed to build a custom class. Could this not be reduced (in general aswell), can be quite some time a player is out of the game.

Could I not atleast be able to build in my suicide respawn time? If I build it quicker than the respawn time, I could just wait the difference.

Does it not feel 'fair' that one should be punished/penalised for changing class?

Lower the suicide respawn timer then.

i just go blast myself and it gets around that timer crap. I hate it too btw.
