Eng Armour
If you go stock engineer, you should spawn with full supplies, with AGR settings. However, you spawn with green quality armour, instead of his max of yellow quality. If corrected you should be able to handle about 20 more damage.

Medic shares this issue aswell.
Forcing you to get a pickup, just to get max quality. This equates to about 30 more damage being able to be taken.
