How about a class based on Quake 1 DM player?

He could have,
Axe
$50 Shotgun
$575 Double Barrel
$400 Nail Gun
$800 Super Nail Gun
$1100 Grenade Launcher
$3000 Rocket Launcher
$2200 Lightning Gun
$3250 Medic Speed
$2700 100 HP / 200 Red Armour
Bunny Hop Enabled
$14075 Total

Nail Gun perhaps should/could be replaced with Light Assault.

Just type 'ranger' or 'quakeguy' in the console to turn into it, the value wouldn't be that far from tf classes values.
