Axe does far less damage than knife. Which doesn't make to much sense.
Obviously it is a free item, so you can't just give it crazy high damage or speed, but perhaps there are some other work around's to give it some more usefulness.
(1) Bonus Damage vs Buttons
(2) Bonus Damage vs Monsters
(3) Leg Damage, like Sniper Rifle or Caltrops, for a short period of time
(4) Bonus Damage vs Machines

In CustomTF one spanner hit would remove anything that wasn't Ice3, which I thought was too cruel, as martyr/tanks could get close easily.Jonan wrote:Just to add some novelty.
What's the point disabling? You can destroy. You have to get so close to do it too.
Disabling for 60 seconds, is a decent payoff, the snapper dude gets a chance to kill the machine anyway during that time, and Eng (+teammates) has a chance of saving their Equipment.
