Mage Tower Alternative Ents.

I've reworked Mage Tower (OMC, check your email, for magtowrj.bsp)
(1) Removed the ammo/health/armor.
(2) Moved the team spawns to on top of the octagon cylinders and where the cap used to be.
(3) Added packs in RR, and in old spawn room.
(4) Placed "flag" in old spawn room.
(5) Place cap point at old flag point.
(6) Made the air/push work only for the team's base owners.
Attackers will now have to make their way to the flag room (old resup/respawn room), and take the "flag" to the top of the base, without using the air/push device.
Defenders will be quickly able to get to the cap point using the air/push.
Might be possible to survive cap in slime.
Grapple cap will be still be possible.
Hopefully this makes the map more viable.
