Ever see that shrimp that can blast hot water? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alpheidae

Perhaps we could have a gun that can only be fired when in water.

Cost: $1000 - $2500 (Cheaper than RL)
Ammo: 1 Cell Per shot or None or a start up cost like Assault Canon.
Rate of Fire: Faster than RL.
Damage Per Shot: Less than RL.

Twice the speed as a RL, but half the damage, with no reload, and area restricted.
Could have burning effect, and use lava ball .mdl.
Weapon could just be a red RL, easily reskinned.

Alternative name : Pistol Shrimp Pistol.

Might be easier to make it so if you buy scuba.. it makes existing weapons work 'differently' underwater..(?) Blowing hot water sounds 'pyro'ish... hmm
